I have given few types of salad leaves available in market1) Ice burg or Romaine Lettuce

2) Endive
3) Radicchio
4) Baby Lettuces(Red & Green Romaine, Red & Green Oak leaf, Red Leaf)
5) Red or Green Chard
6) Baby Spinach

6) Baby Spinach
Method
- Clean, drain water (You can use salad spinner too) and chop the salad leaves.
- Mix all other ingredients with the chopped salad leaves.
Notes
- Soak garbanzo bean over night. I used light calorie ranch as salad dressing but it contains egg.
- You can go for homemade egg less salad dressing as altervative.

I adore the salad dressing made with yogurt and the rest added inside. This is a lovely salad with the greens. I think we can use any type of veggies appropriate for salad but the most important is the delicious dressing you made.
