Ingredients for Burger with Veg Patties
Burger Buns – 4 Numbers
Lettuce, Onion, Tomato slices – As Required
Cheese Sticks – 4 Number
Carrot/Cabbage/Beans/Peas (Assorted Veggies) – 1 Cup
Potato – 1 Number (Medium)
Bread Crumbs – 2 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Chat Masala Powder – 1 tsp (Optional)
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chopped Cilantro (Coriander) Leaves – Few
Shredded Cheese – 1/4 Cup
Few Drops of Olive Oil – Optional
Salt – As Required
Potato – 1 Number (Medium)

Method
Patties Preparation
- Clean and cut the vegetables(potato in to half).
- Pressure cook all veggies for 1-2 whistles.
- Allow to cool, drain excess water, peel the skin from potato, Mash the veggies with your hand coarsely then add potatoes and mash well (Grinding in mixie will turn in to veg puree like texture).
- Add all the remaining ingredients except oil.
- Make big rounds, press with your palms like vada, rotate the sides or use the rolling pin to get a griddle like texture.
- Heat the non stick pan and cook till golden brown (Drizzle some optional oil).
Burger Assembling
- Spread butter to the inner side of buns, warm it in the dosa pan till butter melts.
- Now top lettuce, patti, cheese, tomato n onion one over the another by sprinkling tomato ketchup/mustard/mayonnaise sauce or Ranch in between layers.
- Keep that toppings in between to bun layers.
Notes
1. I have stacked in such a manner to show all the toppings.
2. Also replace veg patties with spicy potato pan cakes.
