Baked healthy tilapia fish fillets is one of my weekly routine recipe for kids. This won’t take more than 10 minutes of baking and you can cook in dosa pan too. A very very healthy oil-less seafood recipe, definitely your kids will enjoy it. Even this soft baked fish is good for all age groups. Somehow I forget this post and was sitting in archive for long time for better pictures, yup I did it now :-), will come up with another spicy version soon even that is in archive now. Thanks Swasti for reminding it 🙂
