Avocado fries or fingers is my kids favorite, I usually either shallow fry or bake it. We too have it with salad varieties and today’s recipe covers a video tutorial for the Avocado shallow fry method. The first and foremost thing with well ripen avocados is indulging it in the healthy flat breads/chapati so that it turns super soft and kids also never feel the presence of avocado in it. The next thing is these fries and for that they have to be super raw (note it) and not ripen. This avocado fries has tasty masala coating and later covered with bread crumbs before frying. While I post day to day cooking in Instagram few peoples have asked its recipe via direct message and comment. Sorry I couldn’t reply back immediately here comes the complete recipe with baking options for the same. These are a healthy and filling appetizer that I assure.
