Long weekend or Usual weekends must have waffles in our breakfast. I feel guilty to use all purpose flour (even its organic or unbleached) for the entire recipe so a small proportion of wheat flour exists mostly in my baking and even in Pizza (refer pic below & new recipe coming soon). Coming to today’s Eggless Strawberry Waffles, this is the recipe from scratch with video tutorial and do stick with the recipe to get crispy egg free waffles.

Eggless Strawberry Waffles Preparation
- Soak fresh strawberries in water for a while.
- Meanwhile add flours, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients well and add milk to the flour mixture.
- Add oil to the waffle mixture.
- Now wipe the excess water and hull the berries, chop them as shown in the video.
- Add to the waffle batter and do mix gently.
- Mine is a non stick if not do grease the waffle maker with oil.
- In preheated waffle maker, pour waffle batter (refer video and i always keep medium brown setting in the waffle maker).
- Once poured do turn it upside down for the waffle to cook.
- If you see the bottom green light down turn it upside.
- Now wait for the green light to turn on.
- Even if the green lights are on I leave it for 30 more seconds before removing it for more crispiness.
- It takes hardly 4.5 to 4.75 minutes for each waffle to done perfectly.
- In case the waffle sticks do leave few more seconds and don’t reduce oil in the batter this helps to prevent sticking.
- This measurement yields 4 waffles for the family.
